CouchCreative was recently engaged to facilitate a communications workshop to more accurately identify the current position of the Internet Industry Association (IIA) and explore potential strategies that could be implemented to reflect its desired position in the industry and public spheres, as well as offer a more valuable proposition to members and wider stakeholders.

CouchCreative developed a comprehensive communications strategy in order to mould and contour perceptions surrounding the IIA. Elements such as the production and support of an industry Wiki with matchmaking capability and the development of an Internet Expo will allow the association to offer a more valuable proposition to its members and wider stakeholders.
